Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them. All orders for goods are accepted subject to the following conditions that shall form part of and govern the contract of sale.

Ordering, Delivery & Returns
Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a Paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank/credit card company has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. We will email you if there are any issues with your order.

You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. VAT, where applicable, will be added during checkout.

The prices on our website are displayed in British pounds.

Goods are normally dispatched the next working day. Should your item not be delivered within 7 days of purchase then please contact us and we will investigate. We will not be liable for any costs incurred due to late delivery.

In the event that goods are unavailable the vendor will make immediate refund to the purchaser of monies paid relating to the unavailable goods only. If only part of an order can be supplied the vendor shall be entitled to fulfill that part of the order and retain payment for any or all goods despatched.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

When placing an order with, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

Liability

No liability for any claim for damage shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within seven days of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor.

No liability for any claim for missing items shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor within seven days of delivery.

No liability for any claim will be accepted in the case of goods differing in quantity or descriptions from the purchaser given on the order unless the vendor is notified in writing by the purchaser within 7 days of delivery.

We can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.

Returned Goods

The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of return of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.

The vendor shall give a 21 day return full guarantee, to refund to the purchaser, full credit for any goods returned in stock condition; this shall not affect the rights of the consumer or purchaser under any statutory rights.

No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete.

A full credit will only be given on items returned within 14 days from delivery.

If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded / credit if applicable.

Refused Shipments : Shipments returned marked refused, or not in when driver called will not result in refund and refusal of a shipment does not relieve the customers liability for paying any charges.

Postage and packing is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your goods are faulty then a full refund will be forthcoming on the return of the goods. The vender will then refund the Postage and Packing of the item.

Law

These terms shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.

In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
